Previously, he appeared as Nicky in the DMT adaptation of Quicksand. He would like to thank Frank, Michele, and the motley DMT crew for fun and rewarding experiences, and you, for supporting downtown theatre. Now SHUT AND SHUT! |
NEXT DMT APPEARANCE: Twenty! First seen on DMT's stage in Who in the Hell is the Real, Live Lorelei Lee?, Lara is a recent musical theatre graduate of Emerson College in Boston and also trained at the American Dance Festival at Duke University. Previous shows include The Little Foxes, Durang's Titanic, Children of Eden, Follies, and A Midsummer Night's Dream. Special thanks to the family and friends who have supported her on her trek to NYC. *********************************
A recent graduate of the conservatory of acting at SUNY Purchase, Maria's first NYC production was DMT's award-winning Antony and Cleopatra. This was the second time Maria played a burlesque dancer in a Shakespeare show, the first being Titania in A Midsummer Night's Dream directed by internationally acclaimed David Bridel. She would like to thank Vina Less for not allowing her to make a big mistake and Joan Potter for teaching her everything she knows about acting. Maria is dedicating her performances to the memory of her cousin, Kristin Vose, who adored everything about theatre.
